Managed Review Support Analyst | Noida

As a Managed Review Support Analyst you will be a part of our administrative project support team to assist the offshore and onshore project management and recruiting teams. You should possess analytical skills in order to draw conclusions based data and ask the necessary questions to bridge gaps. You will also be responsible for providing pre-onboarding and onboarding support to hiring. Your day-to-day work revolves around complex business reports on MS Excel and similar tools. This is an MIS profile job.

DESCRIPTION:

Assist offshore and onshore project managers in monitoring document review pace and quality by creating/implementing various reports and trackers.

Analyze reports and trackers in order to identify any problems and propose resolutions to the same.

Monitor timesheets of offshore and onshore employees and communicate with them whenever a dispute is found.

Contribute to improve and automate day to day processes of department.

Manage project database entries, as well as information pertaining to project records.

Understand and abide by individual project instructions.

Support review team on administrative tasks on Relativity.

Responsible for providing pre-onboarding and onboarding support to hiring.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent hold on MS Excel

Proficiency in creating Macros and VBA

Good written and verbal communication skills

Detailed oriented, problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to use professional tools like MS Outlook, Word, Teams Power Point etc.

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing interest in a timely manner (time management)

Adaptability and ability to work independently and overtime, as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

At least 6 months experience of working in MIS profile

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Excellent hold on MS Excel

Proficiency in creating Macros and VBA

At least 6 months experience of working in MIS profile
