You hand over collected requirements in good quality to the Corporate IT operating the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem - here Siemens Teamcenter. • You support our customers in all technical and application specific support cases within the Siemens Teamcenter and Autodesk Inventor eco-system. You become the head of the Teamcenter key-user support community and their solution group and steer them regarding Teamcenter changes, news and the final ITIL-based ticket processing of upcoming incidents in ServiceNow. • Errors raised as Teamcenter customer support incident tickets? No issue for you: you have the solution ready. Independent troubleshooting, root cause analysis in coordination with the Bosch Corporate IT and the functional IT department of the business unit are your daily work • Ticket to success: You work hand in hand with other departments like BMG/BDO and the Bosch Corporate IT to successfully process and close tickets customer-oriented • Cooperation: your close contact with world-wide distributed key-users for Siemens Teamcenter guarantee an effective support hierarchy and a fast ticket resolution within the given SLAs • You like updates? You support Siemens Teamcenter platform version changes with your contributions in updating the training material and existing documentation in close coordination with BMG/BDO and the functional departments • Failures you wanna avoid? During Siemens Teamcenter platform changes executing and documenting functional tests are a key factor to success – a phase where you Teamcenter know-how and structural work is requested • You assist the BMG Teamcenter PO during the requirements management and requirements hand-over to the Bosch Corporate IT BE/Btech / MCA - Computer Science / Information Science at least 5 years experience in using and administrating Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem 5-10 years experience in using Autodesk Inventor • 5-10 years experience in IT Support based on an IT Service Management System – ideally ServiceNow • at least 5 years experience in ITIL-based incident and problem management • Reliable, self-contained, team- and customer oriented and structured way of working communication skills and basic experiences in conflict management • Fluent English (C-level) • Ideally good German language ability (A-level)
