Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Standardized Strategic Support Services, you will be responsible for:

Leading quantitative analysis projects, including interactive dashboards, analytical reports, and survey analysis aligned to strategic business priorities

Translating business questions into analytical approaches by assessing objectives, identifying data needs, and developing quantitative insights

Building visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau and Power BI and applying statistical and quantitative techniques to support decision-making

Presenting findings through business reports, storyboards, and clear stakeholder-ready deliverables that align with brand guidelines

Delivering work independently and in teams while maintaining quality, managing timelines, sharing updates, and mentoring newer team members

This team provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms supported by Deloitte USI in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports delivering significant value to their customers across Deloitte’s global network. Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Required:

Postgraduate degree from a business school

4-6 years of experience in quantitative analysis, dashboard development, analytical reporting, or survey analysis

2+ years of experience developing interactive dashboards

Experience using Tableau and Power BI

Experience using statistical software such as SPSS or SAS

Experience managing large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and data quality checks

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, including working proficiency in prompt engineering

Experience developing reports, storyboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders

Preferred:

Experience working directly with clients or senior leadership
