What You'll Do What You'll Do Own suite architecture for your team's surface — structure, tagging conventions, and how tests get registered into the pipeline Build and extend automated test suites in Robot Framework across N-central's platform, identity and data services Verify complex, distributed behaviour: token issuance and renewal, single sign-on and Entra ID provisioning flows, agent and probe registration, event pipelines and analytics exports Set the standard for CI health across multiple pipelines, and drive flake down to build confidence in developers about the value of test suites Define what automated coverage should include, and document where coverage is deliberately excluded and why Build and maintain the test data and environments your suites depend on Work with developers to ensure features are testable and tested before merging code Mentor test engineers and review their suite designs What You'll Bring What You'll Bring 6+ years in test automation for distributed systems A track record of setting quality standards others follow, and mentoring test engineers Strong Robot Framework skills, or deep automation experience in another framework and the appetite to pick it up quickly Confidence debugging failures across service boundaries — logs, APIs, message queues, databases Experience with CI/CD pipelines and parallel test execution Working knowledge of REST and SOAP API testing Python or Groovy for tooling and test utilities Demonstrated use of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted development lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices, or a directly equivalent methodology Experience with SSRS, ETL or data-warehouse validation is beneficial Purple Perks Group Medical , Personal Accident & Term life coverage Generous PTO and observed holidays 2 Paid VoluNteer Days per year Employee Stock Purchase Program FuN-raising opportunities as part of our giving program N-ablite Learning – custom learning experience as part of our investment in you The Way We Work – our hybrid working model based on trust and flexibility About N-able At N-able, our mission is to protect businesses against evolving cyberthreats with an end-to-end cyber resilience platform to manage, secure, and recover.
