Responsibilities Evaluate business requirements and functional specifications to develop scalable technical solutions, integrations, and application enhancements. Design, develop, test, and support customizations and extensions for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud applications. Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and middleware technologies. Develop technical solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, OAF, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Cloud technologies. Design and implement automation solutions leveraging AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent workflow technologies to improve business productivity and operational efficiency. Develop AI-assisted applications, chatbots, copilots, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud services. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, integrations, and database processes. Collaborate with Functional IT teams to analyze requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality solutions. Support Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud upgrades, enhancements, data migrations, and transformation initiatives. Develop and consume APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations to support enterprise business processes. Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for IT and business stakeholders. Research emerging Oracle, AI, cloud, and automation technologies and propose innovative solutions to business challenges. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security, and best practices. Manage development activities and prioritize tasks according to project and business requirements. Work effectively in Agile and Waterfall project environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in software development, Oracle application development, or enterprise application support. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Technical Stack and/or Oracle Cloud Technologies. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, Oracle Integration patterns, and middleware concepts. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and PL/SQL. Understanding of Oracle technologies such as: Oracle EBS Technical Oracle Forms & Reports OAF (Oracle Application Framework) BI Publisher Oracle APEX Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Components Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) (preferred) Understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, and automation platforms. Experience developing automation scripts, workflow solutions, APIs, and data integration solutions. Familiarity with Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Ability to work effectively in global teams and Offshore-Onsite delivery models. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
