About the role: The candidate will be responsible for handling the Employee Query coming on the helpdesk ticket system and have to ensure the ticket closures within specific TAT.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of MS Office/Advanced MS Excel Good communications skills Email etiquettes Internal team coordination and data management Desired Candidate : Should be very prompt over email/calls A candidate with good communication skills is preferred  Basic Excel knowledge is preferred.
