Lead NETC Product Development

Product Strategy & Vision • Define and drive the product roadmap for NETC FASTag in alignment with business goals. • Identify market trends, regulatory updates, and technology changes in the tolling and mobility ecosystem. Product Development & Delivery • Work closely with Build, RUN and operations teams to build scalable, reliable FASTag products. • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and integrations based on data-driven insights. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with NPCI, IHMCL, NHAI, banks, technology providers, Regulators, etc. • Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on FASTag-related initiatives. Compliance & Operations • Ensure end-to-end compliance with NPCI NETC standards, RBI guidelines, and IHMCL / NHAI / MoRTH mandates. • Optimize operations including tag issuance, reconciliation, dispute management, and customer experience. Performance Tracking • Own KPIs such as active users, tag issuance, transaction volumes, and revenue. • Analyze user behavior and tolling patterns to suggest enhancements and optimizations. • Excellent product lifecycle management and roadmap planning skills. • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building capability. • Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. • Familiarity with APIs, digital onboarding flows, KYC, and integration testing. • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
