Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Bengaluru, India Years of Experience: 8- 10years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and a proven track record of analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce. Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce development. Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements within Salesforce. Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities. Maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to recommend enhancements. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its functionalities. Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively. Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst). Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in a business analyst role, specifically with Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
