Tasks & Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 4th Axis VMC machines.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.

Load programs and verify machining operations.

Perform tool setting, offset correction, and tool change activities.

Conduct in-process and final dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.

Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality.

Follow safety, housekeeping, and TPM practices.

Report production, quality, and maintenance issues to supervisors.

Profile & Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Relevant CNC/VMC operating experience preferred

Experience with VMC machining and 4th Axis operations.

Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens or equivalent).

Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T basics.

Proficiency in measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Understanding of machining parameters, cutting tools, and fixtures.
