L3 Server Infrastructure Lead (Unix/Linux)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a L3 Server Infrastructure Lead (Unix/Linux) based in India.

This is a senior infrastructure leadership role responsible for the stability, security, availability, and performance of a global Unix/Linux server estate.

You’ll provide hands-on L3 expertise across enterprise operating systems while resolving complex production issues and leading major incident response.

The role spans patching, vulnerability remediation, security hardening, performance management, lifecycle activities, and continuous infrastructure improvement.

You’ll guide L1/L2 operations teams and work closely with Security, Database, Storage, Network, Cloud, and Application specialists.

The position operates within a global follow-the-sun model across APAC, EMEA, and North America, requiring strong collaboration and operational discipline.

You’ll also drive automation, problem management, root cause analysis, documentation, and service improvement initiatives.
