Essential: Any Engineering degree , preferably B Tech in Mech /Chemical/Civil

Desirable: Excellent communication skill and having knowledge in Hazop, QRA, SIL , process safety etc. Logistic Safety

Minimum 5 Years Experience

Salary upto 12 Lacs

Specialization: Diploma in Industrial safety

Education in Industrial Safety

Strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines with hands-on experience in Learning & Development.

Should have taken some initiatives on engagement front with a flair of content writing.

Excellent communication and relational skills to effectively work with different people across and outside the organization

Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality

Show adequate balance between firmness and diplomacy

Hands-on and practical approach

Ability to work under own initiative and independently

Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
