Software Test Specialist

Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to define comprehensive test strategies and test scenarios.

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution schedules.

Estimate testing effort, identify risks, and provide mitigation recommendations.

Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.

Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and Regression Testing

Execute manual and automated test cases.

Validate business processes, interfaces, APIs, and data flows.

Ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards

Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Operations teams.

Provide regular status updates and testing progress reports.

Participate in project planning, sprint ceremonies, and release activities

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent.

Advanced testing certifications are desirable
