Department: - Learning & Development Location: Patna, Bihar Experience: 2–3 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities: - - Identify training and development needs across departments. - Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and induction sessions. - Conduct soft skills, communication, behavioral, and process-related training. - Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources. - Coordinate with department heads to understand skill gaps and training requirements. - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes. - Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and training reports. - Support employee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives. - Stay updated with modern training methodologies and industry practices. Requirements Key Skills: - - Good knowledge of learning and training methodologies. - Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. - Confident public speaking and classroom management. Qualifications: - - Prior experience in corporate training, preferably in retail/pharma/healthcare, will be preferred. Benefits Salary: 2.5 lacs to 3 lacs
