Key Responsibilities Configure requisition templates and posting logic Setup workflows and approval chains Configure AI ranking and candidate experience features Implement onboarding processes Assist in report configuration Support UAT defect resolution Requirements Required Experience 4+ years Oracle HCM configuration experience 2+ years ORC-specific experience Experience configuring recruiting workflows
