Job Description

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full Time

Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify drivers, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Partner with business teams to translate insights into actionable performance interventions.

Lead data quality investigations and drive improvements with data owners.

Support the delivery of high-quality, automated and self serve insights that empower executive decision-making with greater agility.

Prepare compelling narrative summaries for stakeholders.

Manage small improvement initiatives or workstreams.

Accountable for work end to end, proactively managing risks and ensuring commitments are met

Uphold alignment to Group Risk Framework maintaining a culture of proactive risk ownership.

Identify and work with others to deliver continuous improvement opportunities

Be curious by asking questions to grow capability and expand knowledge.

Collaborate with team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.

Support team productivity by identifying quick wins, automating repetitive tasks, building defined solutions and improving workflows using approved AI tools and emerging technologies
