Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive for the role of AI engagement Manager.

IT Experience - 15+ Years

AI experience - 5 Years as architect or AI Technical PM

Agentic AI ,GenaI program management

Must have experience in data science (AI/ML), Agentic AI, GenAI

Lead technical team of architects and AI tech lead and developers.

Engage client to finalise the solution and architecture

Develop the project plan and lead the completion and delivery of the solution

Increase business for Capgemini beyond (target growth of 30% in a year)

Mentoring the team for their agreed career path

Engaging clients to get positive NPS and becoming reference customer for Capgemini

Primary skills

Project management certifications

Must have led 20+ headcount programs to deliver AI & genAI solutions to an enterprise

Must have handled client interaction and commercials

Should be B.E.
