Constraint & Delivery Manager

PURPOSE
Own plant-level supply constraint identification and delivery performance. First-line resolver of supply disruptions — acting before the production scheduler knows there is a problem. No line stops, no surprises, no excuses.

Regional Procurement Lead — solid line
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Identify and escalate supply constraints daily; own plant-level constraint register
Manage supplier delivery performance at plant level; drive root cause analysis on failures
Mitigate line-down risk: coordinate emergency supply actions before impact on production
Expedite critical materials; escalate commercial leverage requirements to RCM after exhausting first-line options
Coordinate cross-functionally with production planning; maintain aligned constraint and delivery horizon
Execute root cause analysis on delivery failures; track corrective actions through to closure
Support inventory optimisation: flag excess and shortfall positions to planning team
Participate in Category Team as extended member; surface recurring supplier delivery issues to GCM/RCM
Escalation Path: Product & project issues → Procurement Product Line Management structure | Category & supplier issues → Category Management structure
