Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

The EA / PA will provide strategic and operational support to senior leaders at Frost & Sullivan. Acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, this role combines high-level executive assistance with project coordination, revenue operations support, and business management activities to ensure the smooth execution of key priorities and initiatives.

Proactively manage executive diaries and coordinate internal and client meetings.

Arrange travel, accommodation, expenses, and other business logistics.

Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating attendees, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-up.

Assist with project management and cross-functional business initiatives.

Develop presentations, reports, and PowerPoint decks for executive and client-facing meetings.

Support revenue operations activities, data management, reporting, and business performance tracking.

Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to drive projects and strategic priorities forward.

Act as a key liaison between leadership and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and organization

2–3 years of relevant work experience

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Management, or any other relevant field
