Job Description: Job Description SME – Managed Router & SD-WAN (Versa Specialist) Designation: SME – Managed Router & SD-WAN Band: B1 Location: Pune (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years (Minimum 1+ Year in Versa SD-WAN) Language: English (B2 Proficiency) Shift: 24*7(Night) Work From Office Key Skills Versa SD-WAN (Versa Director, Analytics, Concerto, VOS) TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs WAN, MPLS, VPN, QoS BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static Routing IPSec VPN, ZTP Deployments Incident, Change & Problem Management (ITIL) Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills Versa Certifications (VCSA, VCSS, VNCS) CCNA / CCNP Enterprise Cloud Networking Certifications (AWS/Azure) Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise WAN and Versa SD-WAN environments. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN solutions. Support routing, QoS, segmentation, IPSec VPNs, and WAN services. Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and service improvements. Coordinate with customers, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams. Create SOPs, knowledge base articles, and mentor team members. Mandatory Skills: Network configuration
