As a Workday PSA Senior Associate you will support people operations and human resource activities tied to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee records, compliance, and inquiry handling within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build client relationships, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to navigate ambiguity while advancing your technical skills and business understanding. In this role at PwC, you will serve as a primary point of contact for HR transactions and escalations, interpret data to shape insights and recommendations, and contribute to the delivery of workstreams that support workforce operations and the broader business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Managing Workday PSA project tasks across people operations workstreams and translating client needs into practical system solutions
  • Analyzing complex process requirements and configuring Workday Projects, reporting, and analytics to support workforce service delivery
  • Supporting data conversion, validation, and troubleshooting activities across Workday implementations and enhancements
  • Developing Workday integrations, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Workday Prism Analytics
  • Reviewing assigned deliverables for accuracy and alignment with technical standards and project objectives
  • Guiding junior team members through task execution, issue resolution, and delivery expectations
  • Building client relationships by responding to inquiries, clarifying requirements, and communicating progress across workstreams
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities within HR operations and recommending technology-enabled changes

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • At least one Workday certification in Integrations, Studio, Extend, or Security
  • Demonstrating Workday integration design and configuration experience
  • Developing client-facing deliverables across multiple Workday workstreams
  • Interpreting technical requirements into practical solution recommendations
  • Navigating ambiguity while managing assigned tasks and timelines
  • Mentoring junior team members through review and feedback
  • Applying Workday HCM, Prism Analytics, and reporting knowledge
