Software Specialist Engineer II-Coveo Full stack Developer- Hyderabad

Join Deloitte in a senior developer role supporting Deloitte USI Coveo platforms. In this role, you will help advance enterprise search and digital experience capabilities by designing reusable solutions, improving platform standards, and enabling adoption across teams. You will collaborate with platform leaders and architects in Member firms to modernize capabilities, reduce platform fragmentation, and improve engineering productivity. This role combines hands-on development with platform enablement, technical leadership, and operational excellence.

Work you'll do

As a Coveo professional on the MF team, you will be responsible for:

Design and implement solutions on Coveo and comparable enterprise search and digital experience platforms.

Lead development of reusable components, integrations, accelerators, and application programming interface-driven patterns that support scalable platform adoption.

Define and apply content architecture, metadata, taxonomy, search relevance, and search performance practices across implementations.

Support platform governance through technical reviews, architecture reviews, release processes, and adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.

Mentor developers, create onboarding and reference materials, and drive improvements in automation, testing, deployment, and developer experience.

The team

MF ITS supports platform capabilities that enable scalable, consistent, and governed digital experiences for Deloitte USI. The team works across search, content, integration, and platform engineering priorities to help delivery teams adopt reusable patterns and enterprise standards. Team members collaborate across functions to modernize platforms, improve engineering efficiency, and support reliable digital solutions at scale.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Required:

6–7.5 years of experience in enterprise digital experience platforms, enterprise search platforms, or both

Experience designing or implementing solutions on Coveo or a comparable enterprise search or digital experience platform

Experience building integrations using Representational State Transfer (REST) application programming interfaces, GraphQL, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript

Experience with search relevance tuning, search analytics, metadata strategy, taxonomy design, or search performance optimization

Experience leading platform implementation, modernization, or technical debt reduction initiatives

Experience mentoring technical team members and supporting globally distributed teams

Preferred:

Experience with Coveo

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, Elasticsearch, Algolia, Lucidworks, or Azure AI Search

Experience with React and application programming interface-first content delivery patterns

Experience contributing to platform standards, governance, or reusable implementation patterns

Coveo, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Elastic, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, or other cloud certifications
