The Opportunity We are looking for a finance leader who wants to build, influence, and scale. This is not a traditional finance manager role. You will work directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to establish the financial foundation for a rapidly growing organization. You will help drive investment decisions, build scalable processes, strengthen governance, support expansion initiatives, and create the operating discipline required to support significant future growth. What You’ll Own Strategic Finance & Business Partnership Partner with senior leadership on strategic and operational decisions Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Deliver insights that improve business performance and decision-making Develop executive reporting and management dashboards Finance Operations & Governance Establish scalable finance processes, controls, and policies Strengthen financial governance across the India organization Coordinate audits, statutory requirements, and regulatory compliance Partner with external advisors and service providers Procurement & Commercial Operations Build and lead the procurement function Establish vendor onboarding, management, and governance processes Drive commercial discipline and cost optimization Support major investments in facilities, technology, and business growth Build for Scale Design finance processes for a significantly larger organization Drive automation, simplification, and process improvement Create the foundations for a world-class finance function Help shape the future operating model of Eide Bailly India What Great Looks Like Within your first 12-18 months, you will have: Established a robust planning and forecasting framework Built executive-level financial reporting and insights Created a scalable procurement and vendor management model Strengthened governance, controls, and compliance processes Improved organizational visibility into investments and performance Become a trusted advisor to senior leadership What You’ll Bring 12-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience Experience in a high growth GCC Strong financial planning, business partnering, and commercial acumen Experience building or transforming finance processes and capabilities Strong executive presence and communication skills Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent preferred The Type of Leader Who Thrives Here Builder, not caretaker Commercially minded, not just technically strong Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information Balances governance with business agility Influences without relying on hierarchy Brings both conviction and humility
