Your Responsibilities

Technical Expert for Radar Systems and their Automotive Applications

Requirements Analysis and System Specification development for FMCW Radars (especially at 77GHz) in collaboration with different customers

MMIC testing, characterization and failure analysis

Algorithm and Software Development in the field of Radar Signal Processing

Support Radar measurements in Laboratory and Test Vehicles

Interact with different competencies internally in the Global organization

Occasional participation in Customer Test Drives

Work with global teams on cross domain support, customer support

Lead team members to achieve project goals, handle planning and execution

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of advanced software engineering practices

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree or Masters or PhD in Electronics Communication, Physics or related fields

Overall Exp 10 to 18 Years, 10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development, debugging, log analysis

Exposure to Radar testing in laboratory and data analysis

Very good knowledge in Matlab- and C-programming

Very good English language skills

Strong team and customer orientation and a high degree of flexibility, dedication and initiative

Experience with Automotive standards and processes desirable

Experience in direct customer interaction desirable

Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)

Work independently, proactive, decision maker, passion for results, good team player
