CS&G, Government & Public Services - Sales Excellence, Pursuit Studio Specialist Assistant Manager - AI Solution Enablement

GPS Sales Excellence is expanding its use of AI to improve pursuit, proposal, competitive intelligence, opportunity profiling, research, and sales enablement workflows. This role will help bridge business needs with practical AI-enabled solutions that are scalable, governed, and aligned with enterprise platforms.

The successful candidate will bring strong AI fluency, solution design judgment, platform awareness, and the ability to translate between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role will focus on shaping high-value AI use cases, supporting implementation planning, and helping successful pilots transition into sustainable capabilities.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager on the GPS Sales Excellence team, you will work across business, pursuit, platform, governance, and technology stakeholders to move priority ideas from concept to pilot and adoption.

Work with Sales Excellence leaders, pursuit teams, competitive intelligence practitioners, platform teams, and other stakeholders to identify high-value AI enablement opportunities.

Translate business needs into use cases, user stories, process flows, success measures, and solution requirements that technology teams can execute.

Evaluate approved AI, automation, enterprise search, knowledge management, and workflow platform options by assessing feasibility, data readiness, governance, access, scalability, risks, and trade-offs.

Conduct hands-on evaluation, rapid prototyping, pilot design, testing, and feedback gathering to validate feasibility, user experience, knowledge grounding, and business value.

Develop reusable prompts, agents, knowledge assets, playbooks, solution briefs, adoption guidance, training materials, and stakeholder communications while monitoring emerging AI capabilities aligned to Deloitte and Microsoft investments.

The team

The GPS Sales Excellence team supports Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice by strengthening pursuit, proposal, competitive intelligence, knowledge management, and sales enablement capabilities. The team works closely with US-based stakeholders to improve access to critical content, enable better decision-making, and scale practical solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Required:

7-9 years of experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, business solution design, business analysis, product ownership, sales enablement, automation, analytics, knowledge management, or technology-enabled business transformation.

B.E./B.Tech or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience defining business problems, documenting requirements, shaping solution concepts, and supporting implementation planning.

Experience collaborating with technical teams on architecture concepts, data dependencies, access requirements, feasibility considerations, and scalable implementation approaches.

Experience configuring, prototyping, or testing AI-enabled solutions, including copilots, agents, prompt-based workflows, enterprise knowledge experiences, or automation solutions.

Experience supporting pilots, prototypes, solution rollouts, stakeholder adoption, or business process transformation initiatives.

Experience assessing responsible artificial intelligence considerations, governance requirements, adoption implications, and enterprise platform constraints.

Preferred:

Experience using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, enterprise search platforms, Claude, or similar AI-enabled productivity platforms.

Experience supporting proposal, pursuit, sales excellence, competitive intelligence, market intelligence, opportunity profiling, account research, or professional services workflows.

Experience developing solution briefs, process maps, adoption plans, training materials, implementation roadmaps, demos, workshops, or feedback sessions.

Experience working with enterprise technology approval processes, data security, privacy, governance, and responsible artificial intelligence practices.
