We're hiring a Field Support Representative to be the face of Sidecar Health for our members across the Columbus, OH area. This role requires that you currently live in or near the greater Columbus, OH area. You'll split your time between remote member care work (calls, chats, emails) and in-person visits to client worksites - helping members understand their benefits, solving problems on the spot, and making sure people get the care they need. This is a remote-first role with regular local travel - you're not tied to an office, but you will be out in the field building relationships face-to-face. Compensation: $50,000 - $54,000 year + equity, plus full benefits (details below).
