The short version What this role is about: This is an opportunity to shape how students learn and apply Excel to real business problems. Based at Kraftshala School of Business, Gurugram, you'll conduct in-person classes 2 days a week, design practical case studies, mentor students, and continuously improve our learning experience using real-world business scenarios. We believe that learning Excel well means understanding how to approach a problem, work with data and turn analysis into useful business insights. Our curriculum brings this to life through large datasets, dashboards, business reporting, data cleaning, automation and practical problem-solving exercises. We're looking for someone who can help us build and evolve this experience, keeping it relevant to the challenges students will encounter at work. What you'll spend your time on Conducting training sessions: Teach beginner and advanced Excel concepts through live sessions, practical examples and guided problem-solving exercises. Designing business simulations: Create assignments, datasets and case studies based on real workplace scenarios, including campaign analysis, budget allocation, ROAS, CAC, funnel performance and campaign optimisation. Developing learning resources: Build exercises, dashboards, assessments, interview tasks and frameworks that make Excel concepts accessible and immediately applicable. Mentoring students: Guide students through projects, doubt-solving sessions, assessments and interview preparation, helping them develop confidence and structured analytical thinking. What we're looking for 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets in a business environment. Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or marketing analytics would be particularly valuable. We're more interested in demonstrated capability than years of experience alone. Strong proficiency in Excel functions, Pivot Tables, dashboards, reporting and data analysis, with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and work through them systematically. The ability to explain complex concepts simply and help beginners understand how to apply them. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead engaging learning sessions. Curiosity and a willingness to keep learning, experiment with new approaches and improve how things are done. Good to have Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot or Power BI. Experience creating learning content, conducting workshops or delivering corporate training.
