The Senior DevOps Engineer – ServiceNow Platform Administration within Presidio’s Solutions Engineering Group is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and operational health of the ServiceNow platform — ensuring stability, security, and performance across production and sub-production environments. This role serves as the operational steward of the platform, managing instance configurations, user access controls, system upgrades, and integration maintenance to support Presidio’s IT service management capabilities and client delivery operations.
