Production planning, material planning, inventory control and dispatch planning.

Job Description

Delivery: Meet site OTIF targets

Circulation of rolling dispatch plans to site cross-functional team

Ensure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met.

Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of new product launches and site transfer projects.

Material planning: Managing end to end MRP run and timely material indenting for commercial, life cycle, new product launches and projects

Material tracking & scheduling of material deliveries in line with production plan to ensure no line downtime due to material availability.

Driving monthly review of 12-month rolling material requirement projections for APIs, Lifecycle & high lead time materials

Inventory management: Monitor and control inventory levels of API, RM and PM in line with company targets.

Monthly assessment of action plans for slow/non-moving inventory

Provide routine destruction note approvals in line with MRB process.

Timely escalation: Highlight critical issues related to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.

Maintain transparent communication in all intra and inter-departmental meetings and emails

Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes

Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity

MIS: Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 14001 & 5S
