The Candidate should be a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity. As this role is focused, the candidate should have a strong work ethic and be a self-starter, and understand that the busy season for work often differs from a typical tax busy season.
