Incoming Quality Check Intern (Mechatronics MALE only)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Incoming Quality check (Intern) to inspect incoming materials, verify component functions, and maintain accurate test/inspection records. The intern will identify nonconforming parts, track rework/rejection data, and support corrective actions. This role requires coordination with production, development, and stores teams to address quality issues and ensure proper material handling (FIFO/FEFO/LIFO). The ideal candidate is analytical, quality-focused, and committed to maintaining consistent standards. Job Title (Intern) Ø Incoming Quality Check (Intern) Key Roles and Responsibilities Ø Incoming material inspection and verification Ø Assembly process need to be done for incoming materials and verify the process function. Ø Updating and maintaining Test reports (Inward inspection report, material test report, coating thickness test report etc.) Ø Identify and segregate Nonconforming materials (Rework and rejections Data need to be collected) Ø Identify repeated rejection, rework and initiate corrective actions. Ø Suggest improvements to the inspections process. Ø Coordinate with stores team on storage of inspection materials (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO) Ø Cross functional collaboration with production, development, stores team to identify problems and causes. Requirements Ø Basic knowledge in assembly process. Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ø Good interpersonal and organizational abilities. Ø Excellent written and verbal communication. Ø Ability to work independently and proactively. Ø Familiarity with industry compliance protocols. Ø Competence in Microsoft Office and statistical quality tools. Ø Reports Maintenance.
