Business Analyst

Job Description: Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and MIS reports to monitor sales performance, business metrics, revenue, and operational KPIs. Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making. Prepare and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Monitor business performance, identify gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, optimize dashboards, and support business planning through analytics.
