Lead – Real Estate Acquisitions & Transactions | Mumbai We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions / Transactions professional to join us and drive the sourcing and execution of new real estate development opportunities across Mumbai. This is a deal-oriented role covering the complete transaction lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and evaluating feasibility to commercial negotiation, due diligence, documentation and transaction closure. What you will be responsible for: • Source land, redevelopment, JDA/JV and strategic development opportunities across Mumbai • Build and leverage relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants and intermediaries • Evaluate development potential, transaction economics and commercial viability • Assess land cost, revenue potential, development costs and project returns • Structure and negotiate acquisitions, JVs, JDAs and other development partnerships • Coordinate legal, title, technical, financial and regulatory due diligence • Drive transactions through documentation and closure • Work with design, liaison, finance, legal, sales and project teams to take projects towards launch What we're looking for: • 8–10+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, transactions, investments, development or business development • Strong Mumbai real estate market experience is essential • Hands-on experience in land acquisition, redevelopment, JDA/JV or development partnership transactions • Good understanding of DCPR 2034 and Mumbai development regulations • Strong financial and commercial understanding, including project feasibility and transaction structuring • Proven negotiation and transaction management skills • Strong network of landowners, brokers and real estate intermediaries would be a significant advantage • Ability to independently drive opportunities from sourcing → evaluation → negotiation → due diligence → closure Ideal backgrounds: Real Estate Developers | Acquisitions | Land & Development | Real Estate Investments | Transactions | Redevelopment | JDA/JV Location: Mumbai Experience: 8–15 years Designation: Lead – Real Estate Acquisitions & Transactions Compensation: Commensurate with experience
