What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude.

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery.

Showcase jewellery collections and confidently explain designs, quality, making charges, and other product details.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Handle customer queries and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is always customer-ready.

Follow up with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in jewellery sales preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.

Strong interest in jewellery, fashion, and luxury products.

Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Ability to confidently interact with premium customers.

Candidates with experience in gold, diamond, bridal, or fashion jewellery will be preferred.
