What you will be doing

Build and manage relationships with US Marine Corps units to accelerate drone and Interceptor adoption on the modern battlefield. You'll own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution and thus coordinate complex field demonstrations, navigate DoD procurement processes, and work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver capability at speed.

You should have the following

5+ years in defense business development, program management, or military operations

Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one

Direct experience working with USMC units, programs, or operations

Strong technical fluency with unmanned systems or defense hardware

Willingness to travel as needed to military bases and field locations

Exceptional communication skills with military and civilian stakeholders

Comfort working across sales, product, operations, and leadership teams

High ownership, strong judgment, and a mission-first mindset

Prior USMC service

Proven track record closing DoD contracts ($500K+)

Experience with DoD procurement vehicles

Experience with SOCOM or Marine Special Operations

Relationships within USMC acquisition or requirements community

FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate

Experience running field demonstrations or training events

Knowledge of spectrum management and DoD frequency coordination

US Salary Range

$110,500 - $154,500 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
