Job description, responsibilities and duties:
Assume operative responsibility and maintain authorization to make decisions on designated topics
Identify, address, and resolve all deficiencies in service quality and operational performance
Identify automation measures and process efficiency improvements to optimize workflows
Solve operative and technical problems and develop effective solutions
Coordinate daily responsibilities within the team based on daily agenda and priorities
Conduct training for new team members and refresh training sessions for existing staff
Prepare and analyze KPI reporting and performance metrics
Process customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Serve as SPOC for escalations, providing first and second level support for escalated issues
Coordinate month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial records
Manage mail and telephone communication with customers as second level support
Support other projects and transition initiatives as assigned
Perform internal control system (ICS) controls and compliance reviews
Perform financial reconciliation and account management to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain detailed documentation and records in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Execute ad-hoc and regular accounting requests and tasks as needed.

English language – B2
