The Talent Acquisition Assopciate will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Volume Hiring. The main role of the Recruiter will focus on Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements

Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager

Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process

Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner

Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets

Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree

At least one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting

Excellent communication skills in both oral and written

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be willing to work on a mid shift to night shift schedule

Must be amenable to work onsite

Must be willing to work in a project-based arrangement
