Specialist Deputy Manager, Rewards and Well-Being Join Deloitte’s Total Rewards team as a Specialist Deputy Manager, Rewards and Well-Being, supporting the administration and ongoing improvement of health and welfare programs. In this role, you will partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute program operations, support compliance activities, resolve complex cases, and analyze data to improve processes. Your work will help deliver a rewards experience that supports Deloitte professionals’ well-being.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Rewards and Well-Being on the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for…
Administer day-to-day workflows and operational processes for Deloitte health and welfare programs, including support for the Contact Center and internal teams.
Coordinate benefit-verification and plan-document requests with the Office of General Counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Support implementation of new health and welfare plans and plan changes, including acquisition reviews and onboarding activities.
Support compliance activities under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), including preparation of reports and filings for United States federal and state agencies.
Manage case escalations and vendor coordination; test systems and interfaces; reconcile data; run reports and industry surveys; and analyze results to communicate resolutions and process-improvement recommendations.

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration.
Ability to work a 6 PM to 3 AM shift.
Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
Experience preparing written communications and delivering verbal updates to internal stakeholders.
Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel to prepare presentations, reports, reconciliations, and analyses.
Experience working with virtual, cross-functional teams.
Experience handling confidential employee benefits information.
Experience managing concurrent workstreams with defined deadlines.
