BIM Engineer

We are looking for a BIM Engineer with 4+ years of experience in BIM modelling, electrical projects and construction documentation, preferably with exposure to data center or MEP projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360). Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain 2D/3D BIM models and drawings using Autodesk Revit, particularly for electrical systems. Prepare and update as-built models and drawings, including scan-to-BIM/scan alignment activities. Review, identify, and resolve BIM coordination issues using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks. Prepare and update electrical, lighting, small power, construction, and coordination drawings. Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project/BIM standards. Coordinate with project and engineering teams to resolve technical, modelling, and coordination issues. Maintain project documentation and BIM deliverables in accordance with established BIM standards and workflows. Manage assigned modelling and documentation activities independently and ensure timely completion as per project requirements. Requirements B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Civil/Mechanical. 4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and electrical/MEP projects. Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, particularly for electrical BIM modelling. Mandatory experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection. Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360. Experience in electrical projects, including lighting and small power systems. Experience in data center projects is preferred. Experience in 2D/3D modelling, construction drawings, and as-built documentation. Understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution. Experience with scan-to-BIM / point cloud or scan alignment will be an advantage. Ability to work independently, manage assigned deliverables, and meet project deadlines. Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills.
