Mid / Senior Growth Manager ( App )

This role offers the opportunity to own and accelerate mobile app growth by driving user acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue performance. You will manage the complete growth funnel, from app store discovery and paid acquisition to subscription conversion and profitability. The position combines performance marketing, ASO expertise, analytics, experimentation, and creative problem-solving. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, data, and leadership teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results. This is a highly autonomous role where your decisions will directly influence user growth, recurring revenue, and business performance.
