# MIS Executive ## Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Manufacturing sector team. This pivotal role involves transforming raw operational data into actionable business intelligence, ensuring accurate reporting and timely decision-making for management. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between data systems and strategic planning, leveraging advanced analytical tools to monitor production metrics, track inventory levels, and optimize workflow efficiency. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with foundational experience who is eager to apply technical skills in a dynamic industrial environment. ## Responsibilities * Design, maintain, and automate comprehensive management information systems and daily reports using advanced spreadsheet functionalities. * Perform complex data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation tasks to ensure high data integrity across various operational databases. * Execute data extraction and analysis workflows using Power Query and SQL to support real-time business insights. * Generate regular performance dashboards and variance analysis reports to assist department heads in identifying trends and operational bottlenecks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and streamline data collection processes. * Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies to maintain the reliability of organizational records. * Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior leadership reviews. ## Requirements * *Experience:* 0-1 year of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related administrative role. * *Technical Proficiency:* Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in Pivot Tables, macros, and complex formulas. * *Data Tools:* Hands-on experience with Power Query for data modeling and ETL processes. * *Database Skills:* Fundamental knowledge of SQL for querying and retrieving data from relational databases. * *Industry Knowledge:* Understanding of manufacturing processes and key performance indicators is highly beneficial. * *Analytical Mindset:* Strong ability to interpret numerical data and translate findings into clear, concise business recommendations. * *Attention to Detail:* Meticulous approach to data entry, verification, and report generation.
