We’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to lead our fast-growing Creative Studio in Mumbai, India, producing compelling, high-quality design for a global business working at the forefront of consumer and sensory research.

As Lead Graphic Designer , you’ll take day-to-day responsibility for the creative output and development of a four-person design team. Reporting into the Head of Motion and Design, you’ll combine hands-on design expertise with people leadership, workflow management and quality control. You’ll collaborate with researchers, marketers and senior stakeholders to turn strategic ideas into compelling, on-brand creative work, while helping the studio build its AI capability.
