Performance Testing

Job Title: Performance Tester (JMeter & NeoLoad) Experience: 4-6 Years Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and NeoLoad. Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Scalability Testing for web, mobile, and API applications. Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks. Monitor application, server, database, and network metrics during test execution. Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues. Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings and recommendations. Integrate performance testing activities into CI/CD pipelines. Estimate performance testing effort and provide test planning inputs. Required Skills 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing. Strong expertise in Apache JMeter and NeoLoad. Experience in API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of workload modeling, test scenario design, and performance engineering concepts. Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, or Prometheus. Basic knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis. Understanding of web technologies, application architecture, and cloud environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. Knowledge of scripting languages like Java, Groovy, Python, or Shell scripting. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant performance testing certifications are an added advantage.
